Jaya joined Burke Melrose in 2009 and specialises in retirement village settlements. He has worked for several years in small to medium sized firms with a hands on approach to problem solving and exposure to a wide range of  general commercial and property law. His experience provides a strong background for this specialist area.

Whilst Jaya is responsible for retirement village title-based settlements within the Burke Melrose team, he also holds the position of Settlements Manager with Settlement Services Limited and is responsible for supervising a team of three experienced settlements officers. Jaya is able to play an important cross-over role to ensure the best service to our clients.
