Jenny provides specialist corporate advice in retirement village law and related aged aged, health and privacy law.  She is also experienced in the areas of banking and finance and securities law.

The preparation of compliance documents, the provision of general operational advice and dispute resolution advice in relation to retirement village law are also areas that Jenny is particularly experienced in.  She acts for a range of operators, from large groups to small not for profit entities.  she also advises statutory supervisors of retirement villages.

Jenny advises in relation to business and property acquisitions and disposals. In particular she has experience acting for both the vendors and purchasers of retirement villages and residential care facilities, and has provided specialist advice and due diligence services on large transactions.

The issues surrounding the ageing of residents in retirement villages and residential care facilities are increasingly common in Jenny's practice.

Jenny has in-depth industry knowledge and broad experience in general commercial, banking and property finance law which supports her specialist areas when advising clients.

Jenny has recently completed studies in Health Care Law at Auckland University.  She has written numerous articles and has presented seminars on retirement village law.
