Gill is a senior lawyer advising in the area of general securities, corporate and banking law advice. Her specialist areas are financial services, banking and securities law. She has been involved in a wide variety of general corporate financing and international wholesale and retail banking transactions. She has acted for a range of borrowers and lenders and has considerable experience in public debt funding.

Gill has acted in a variety of complex securities and corporate matters. She has drafted and advised on prospectuses and investment statements for securities products including debt and equity issues, unit trusts and superannuation schemes.

Whilst Gill advises a number of private clients and corporates, she also has considerable expertise in advising trustee corporations in relation to securities products.

Credit Union compliance and general advice is an area in which Gill provides specialist advice.  She also advises corporates in relation to general commercial contracts and the impact of privacy law on their business activities.

Gill is a past member of the New Zealand Law Society Commercial and Business Law Committee.  She has delivered public seminars on such topics as investment products, compliance issues for investment advisers and brokers and on securities legislation.
